Follow-up reminders to customers
AI-assisted responses to Google reviews
Automated reposting of positive reviews to social media
System setup, configuration, and ongoing support
We use a white-labelled software platform to deliver these services.
We aim to help businesses increase genuine customer reviews and improve their online presence. However, we do not guarantee specific results.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial, during which:
We will attempt to generate approximately 20 to 30 genuine customer reviews from your existing customer list
No payment is required during this period
At the end of the trial, you may choose to continue or cancel
We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews. Results depend on customer engagement, timing, and the quality of the data provided.
4. Fees and Payment
Monthly subscription fees range from €97 to €297 depending on your selected plan
Payment is due in advance on a recurring monthly basis
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation must be made before your next billing date
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
Upon cancellation, your access to the platform and services will be discontinued
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and lawful data
Obtain valid consent from your customers before sharing their personal data with us
Ensure customers have explicit opt-in to receive communications via SMS, email, and WhatsApp where applicable
Comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR and ePrivacy regulations
Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the data you provide.
7. Data Usage
We process customer and business data solely for the purpose of delivering our services, including:
Sending review requests
Managing communications
Improving your online reputation
We do not sell or misuse your data.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms, including messaging providers, CRM systems, social media platforms, and WhatsApp Business.
We are not responsible for:
Changes to third-party policies or functionality
Service interruptions caused by third parties
Account restrictions or suspensions imposed by third-party platforms
9. WhatsApp Communications
Where WhatsApp is used:
You must have explicit customer consent (opt-in) before any messages are sent
Messages must comply with WhatsApp Business policies
You acknowledge that WhatsApp (operated by Meta) may process data internationally
Failure to comply may result in suspension of WhatsApp-related services.
10. No Guarantee of Results
While we aim to improve your review volume and online reputation:
We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews
We do not guarantee increased revenue, rankings, or business performance
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
GrowLinnane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for loss of business, revenue, or reputation
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold GrowLinnane harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
Your misuse of the service
Your failure to obtain proper consent from customers
Any breach of applicable laws or regulations
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You breach these Terms
You fail to make payment
You engage in unlawful or prohibited activities
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
